If you are a tenant your repair will be attended to depending on the urgency of the repair.
Classification & Response Times to Repairs Reported to the Association:
- Emergency (Will receive attention and be made safe within 2 hours and will be complete within 24 working hours)
- Urgent (Will be completed within 5 working days)
- Routine (Will be completed within 15 working days)
Sharing & Homestake Owners
As an owner, you are responsible to carry out all of your own repairs.
You are also liable for any damage caused intentionally, accidentally or negligently by you, your household or any visitor to your home. Dunbritton Housing Association does not have to carry out these repairs for you but if we decide to do so then you must pay us for the cost of the repair. These are called Rechargeable Repairs.
