Shared Ownership offers customers the opportunity to buy a part share of the property (between 25% and 75%) and then pay an affordable rent to the Association. There are certain criteria that you have to meet to be considered for shared ownership property. An explanation of eligibility criteria and more about Shared Ownership can be found here Shared Ownership.pdf.
To apply for shared ownership please complete a Home Argyll housing application, and tick the box next to the question “Would you be interested in receiving information about shared ownership properties?” We will then notify you if any suitable properties become available for sale.

You will receive a letter asking you for information to enable your application to be processed. Once your application has been processed you will receive a letter detailing your points.
