Annual General Meeting
Dunbritton Housing Association held another successful Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 25 September 2019 in the Duck Bay Marina Hotel.
The meeting was very well-attended by Members and tenants. The Chair of the Board, William Clark, who stood down at the AGM gave a comprehensive summary of the Association’s achievements over the past year and said that he looked forward to seeing the new development at Dumbarton Harbour being completed over the next few months.
Allan Murphy, Chief Executive Officer, outlined the Association’s key achievements in terms of performance and thanked the Board, Tenant Scrutiny Panel and Residents Consultation Group for their efforts during the year.
The Association’s auditors, Alexander Sloan Ltd. also provided a positive report and confirmed that there had been a ‘clean audit’.
After the AGM, the new Chair, Sephton MacQuire, conducted a raffle that included a range of excellent prizes. We’d like to thank all our contractor for their kind donations that we used to buy the prizes!
We are always looking for new tenants to become involved with the Association ans there are a range of ways to do so.
