Chris is currently the Director of Housing & Community Initiatives at Milnbank Housing Association.

He was previously Manager with Trafalgar HA having been in the position since September 2021.

He worked for GHA/Wheatley since 2005 in various roles including, assistant housing officer, housing officer, and senior housing officer. Having worked primarily within the north and west locations of Glasgow, he has also worked on secondments across Scotland including in Edinburgh with the Wheatley Business Improvement Team. As well as his practical experience he holds a postgraduate Diploma in Housing.

His key skills are performance improvement, performance management, systems thinking, leadership in housing, team working, relationship building, and motivation.
