Asset Management
In the coming weeks, Dunbritton Housing Association will be working in partnership with Sidey Doors and Windows to deliver a window replacement programme to our properties in Sutherland Gardens Estate in the Vale of Leven area.
Sharing owners within the Sutherland Gardens Estate will be afforded the opportunity to discuss taking part in the replacement program should they wish to do so.
It would be expected that any sharing owner wishing to take part would sign a mandate committing to all associated costs, with material costs paid prior to manufacture and the remainder of costs paid in full on completion of works.
