Ground Maintenance works
As you will have seen in the press and media this is a challenging time for all businesses during COVID-19. We have been working closely with our contractors to ensure that a safe return to services is achievable as soon as practically possible.
During the last few weeks, The Asset Management Team have been in constant communication with our Grounds Maintenance contractor working on a safe return to site for all. The Association has received detailed risk assessments and method statements from our contractor DAS LTD and are pleased to announce a return to site from Monday 18th May 2020.
In addition to this good news it has also been confirmed any service missed during the months of the strict lockdown measures will be addressed to ensure normal schedules return.
Over the next few months our contractor will be working differently, so may I respectfully ask tenants not to approach any of the operatives whilst they are on site. This is for the safety of both tenants and our contractors and is in line with the social distancing rules set out by the Scottish Government.
